Start off with a workout Warmup, and choose your favorite fitness method, instructor or Playlist.
Pencil in 3-5 workout days this week and stick to your schedule!
Choose Full body, low-impact exercises, Barre, Mat Pilates, Bodyweight exercises, Sculpt or Stretch & Recovery.
And don't forget to take a Post-Workout stretch class! You will be so excited for Mondays!
