Get a jump start on your week! Pencil in 3-5 workout days this week and stick to your schedule! Start off with a workout Warmup, and choose your favorite fitness method, instructor or Playlist. Choose Full body, low-impact exercises, a Barre workout or Mat Pilates, Bodyweight exercises, Sculpt and Stretch & Recovery.
And don't forget to take a post-workout stretch class! You will be so excited for Mondays!
